Puay101 Personal Automation — last updated 4 November 2026
This application is a private tool used by a single individual ("the owner") to access the owner's own Google Account. There are no other users, no sign-up, and no public service.
With the owner's explicit OAuth consent, the application may access: Gmail messages (read, send, label), Google Calendar events, Google Drive files, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and basic profile/contacts information. Access is limited to the scopes shown on the consent screen and may be revoked by the owner at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Data is used solely to perform the automation the owner requests — for example reading bank notifications to record expenses, watching for job-application replies, and creating calendar events. No data is used for advertising, profiling, or model training.
OAuth tokens and the resulting extracted data are stored locally on the owner's own machine. Raw email content is not retained beyond what is needed to produce the requested output; derived records (such as expense entries) are kept locally for the owner's reference.
No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties. No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are used.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Credentials are stored on a private machine with restricted file permissions; transport is HTTPS. The owner may revoke access at any time, which immediately invalidates the stored tokens.
The application is not directed to children and has no users other than its owner.
Any material change to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
